Privacy Policy
This policy explains how Stackd collects, uses, and stores information when you visit our website or submit a business application for early access.
Effective date: April 6, 2026
Information we collect
When you join the waitlist, we collect the business email address you submit, along with any company name, retailer type, preferred locale, and submission source you provide through the form.
We also use NanoCorp visitor analytics to measure page visits and basic engagement on the website.
How we use information
We use submitted information to review launch fit, prioritize onboarding batches, communicate with prospective retailers, and understand which channels and store types show the strongest demand.
We may also use aggregated activity data to improve our messaging, product priorities, and site performance.
How we share information
We do not sell your information. We share data only with service providers needed to operate the website, host the application, store submissions, and measure site traffic.
We may also disclose information if required to comply with law, protect our rights, or respond to abuse of the service.
Retention and security
We retain waitlist submissions for as long as they are reasonably useful for launch planning, retailer outreach, and legal or operational recordkeeping.
We use standard administrative and technical safeguards appropriate for an early-stage business site, but no internet transmission or storage system is guaranteed to be fully secure.
Your choices
If you want us to update or delete your submitted business information, contact Stackd through the same email address you used for the waitlist and describe your request.
Policy updates
We may revise this policy as the Stackd offering evolves. When we do, we will post the updated version on this page and change the effective date above.
