Stackd is intended for business buyers, retail operators, and partners evaluating a future wholesale relationship. You should only submit information that is accurate and that you are authorized to provide on behalf of your business.
Informational service
The current website is an informational and lead-intake experience. Submitting the waitlist form does not guarantee acceptance, account approval, inventory access, pricing, shipping coverage, or future commercial availability.
Acceptable use
You may not misuse the site, interfere with its operation, attempt unauthorized access, submit misleading information, or use the site in violation of applicable law.
Content and intellectual property
Unless otherwise stated, the Stackd brand, site copy, design, and related materials are owned by Stackd or its licensors and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws.
